What You'll Do

• Collaborate with local HR and Specialty units in our global locations to provide health and wellness benefits to our colleagues.
• Oversee global consulting and intermediary activities supporting global benefits.
• Assess the effectiveness of vendor services, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the implementation of critical initiatives.
• Direct merchant compliance and ensure all service administrative requirements are managed within the contract strategies and procedures.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs for our global colleagues.

All You'll Need for Success

Essential Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.
• Two years of experience in independently gathering and analyzing data to identify trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of health and wellness industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Related experience with global benefits plans, including deliberate projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of broad benefits, including both self-funded and fully insured benefit plans, experience with voluntary and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, logical and technical skills to analyze data and control data as part of plan analysis.
• Ability to independently create presentations suitable for senior-level review for proposed global benefits programs.
