Transformation Project Leader

As a Project Leader, you will:

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects specifically targeting standardization and centralization in Indirect Procurement processes, managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional teams—including Procurement, Finance, and IT—to implement harmonized finance and procurement workflows
• Engage and influence senior leaders and C-level executives, ensuring transparent project governance and comprehensive reporting
• Implement globally consistent standards and best practices in Indirect Procurement, supporting broader business objectives
• Ensure transparency and accountability, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting on KPIs and RAG status
• Support the broader project portfolio, including reporting, documentation management, and compliance with internal standards.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading complex transformation and transition projects in Indirect Procurement within a global corporate environment, preferably with a European footprint
• Strong finance knowledge combined with hands-on expertise in Indirect Procurement processes and related project management
• Proven ability to integrate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning diverse priorities to achieve shared project goals
• Recognized project management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with modern project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com (a plus)
• A university degree (BSc or higher) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills—especially in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
