Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UX designers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst - Customer Experience, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Expertise: Serve as the data expert on the Customer Experience team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Data Visualization: Design and implement data visualizations using tools like Tableau to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Platform Development: Collaborate with the data platform team to design and implement a new CX data platform, including creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source.
- Ad Hoc Analytics: Provide ad hoc analytics support to business teams, including developing SQL scripts, stored procedures, and report generation.
- Data Mining: Oversee data mining efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting Standards: Establish reporting standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and design data-driven solutions.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree
in a field of study related to data analysis, business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience
in data analysis, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
Advanced SQL skills
, including experience with data modeling, data visualization, and data mining.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
