This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Timezone with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Scope:

  • Management of two healthcare websites with potential for expansion

  • Content creation and technical development responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for mental health websites

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites using modern page builders and themes

  • Create high-quality, grammatically correct content for web and marketing purposes

  • Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority

  • Conduct community outreach initiatives to expand online presence

  • Manage and optimize two websites (one existing, one in development)

  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience in SEO and WordPress development

  • Expert-level proficiency with WordPress, including experience with Divi and Elementor page builders

  • Strong background in SEO strategy and implementation, including page optimization techniques

  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as ahrefs (required), Moz, or SEMrush

  • Strong command of English with excellent grammar and writing skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently without mentoring

  • Analytical mindset with ability to provide strategic feedback and recommendations

  • Experience with organic SEO strategies (paid advertising not required)
