About the role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at CertifyOS. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and help establish a standard for the successful implementation of CertifyOS. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success on the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Support the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, across all products and services offered by Certify, across multiple implementations simultaneously
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams
• Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and as they learn to use the Certify platform
• Develop a deep understanding of the licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

Required5+ years of professional experience overallExcellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindsetOutstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiencesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to interact and collaborate with product and engineering teams both internally and externallyPreferred3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting roleStrong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universeDemonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Airtable, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence)At Certify, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
