Engineer 1

We’re looking for an Engineer 1) to join our team and contribute to the design of high-quality, cost-effective, and structurally sound Pre-Engineered Metal Building components. If you have a passion for engineering, attention to detail, and want to work in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do:

• Design metal building components and systems in compliance with codes, specifications, and company procedures.

• Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical sketches.

• Use AutoCAD and company software to develop efficient, cost-effective designs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve technical issues.

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing, reduce costs, and maximize customer value.

• Manage schedules to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or less than 1 year to graduate).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.

• Language: Fluent English (verbal and written).

• Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong understanding of structural design principles.

  • Ability to apply industry and company standards effectively.

Desirable Qualifications

• Working knowledge of structural design codes: AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), IBC (International Building Code).

• Experience in steel structure design and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.

• 1–2 years of related engineering experience.

• Proficiency or working knowledge of: RAM, SAP2000, ETABS, MATHCAD, Adobe Acrobat.
