About the role

As an AI Scriptwriter on the Creative team, you have the opportunity to bring out-of-the box concepts to life through industry-leading AI. Picture this: you walk into the office, Blue Bottle coffee in hand, playlist of absolute bangers plasting, and settle in to conjure astronauts drinking coffee in space, giants trapezing through miniature towns, a woeful dracula trying to keep up with the Jones’ using nothing more than a few strokes of your keyboard and the hottest AI tools available.

We’ll rely on your skills writing screenplays and fine-tuning prompts to create commercial-quality video assets. You’ll be working directly with the Copy team for direct feedback, and have the opportunity to see how your assets perform within the Meta and TikTok algorithms to better inform your work — making this a highly visible role. You’ll be an excellent fit if you excel in storytelling, are able to translate an idea onto paper, enjoy iterating, and love experimenting with AI.

In this role, you can expect to

• Take concepts from the copy team and build them out into AI prompts and video assets.

• Work with the copywriters to get regular feedback and iterate accordingly.

• See how the final advertisements perform in the Meta and TikTok algorithms and iterate accordingly to improve future ad performance.

• Learn and develop your skills on industry-leading AI tools like VEO, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Elevenlabs, and more.

To thrive in this role, you have

• A degree in film with an emphasis in screenplays, a degree in theatre with an emphasis in playwriting, or a degree in English.

• Experience in AI generation and prompting or a strong desire to learn new technology. The ability to be a self-starter is a plus!

• A passion for storytelling, the creative process, and solving puzzles.

• A portfolio of work demonstrating your storytelling ability, past screenplays or scripts, and prior AI generating experience.

US salary range for this full-time position consists of base + equity + benefits
