About the Skuad Acquisition

Back in August 2024, Payoneer acquired Skuad. Skuad's expertise helps businesses in over 160 countries navigate complex challenges such as international payroll, remote onboarding, and regulatory compliance. This acquisition reinforces Payoneer's mission and solidifies Skuad's role as a trusted partner for global workforce management (WFM).

This role will be part of our WFM business unit.

Role Summary

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the global expansion team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to operationalization & entity management, working closely with the external service providers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Location – Gurgaon-India Full time - Onsite Duration: 6 Months

What you’ll do –

Entity Operationalization:

· Support the team in tasks related to establishing and operationalizing entities in new countries

· Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth completion of entity setup projects

Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics of the team

· Prepare regular reports summarizing project achievements, challenges, and future milestones

· Own performance metrics of the service providers and present the results using an insightful dashboard

Quality Assurance:

· Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality results from service providers

· Collaborate with service providers to address any issues or discrepancies affecting project timelines and deliverables or BAUs

· Understand internal stakeholders’ pain points to set correct expectations with the service providers for optimum results

Who you are –

· Current graduate in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
