Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Robot Operator to join our team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the advancement of robotic artificial intelligence by collaborating with industry leaders and supporting essential data collection efforts.As high-quality data is crucial for training intelligent systems, we are looking for individuals who can quickly learn new processes and adapt to evolving tasks with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Operating robotic systems for specified tasks
• Adhere to procedures for robotics operation and data collection 
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize workflows and share feedback
• Follow safety and company protocols to ensure safe operation of robotic systems

• Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to adhere to instructions and work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently.  The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
