• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Keep information confidential.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional computer-related education is a plus.
• Proven Data Entry Experience: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position, is essential.
• Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office and data programs is required. Familiarity with administrative duties is also necessary.
• Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation is required. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, are necessary.
• Independence and Self-Motivation: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also necessary.
