Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in the San Diego, California area. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilizing a variety of communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers with their needs
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Handling customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with team members to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
