Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and providing personalized recommendations to ensure exceptional travel experiences.
  • Travel Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities, to ensure seamless and enjoyable trips for clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel products and services, including destinations, accommodations, and activities, to provide expert recommendations to clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our services and client experiences.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, travel, or a related field; experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with travel industry software and systems is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Travel Industry Certifications: Certifications from the travel industry, such as ARC, IATA, or CLIA, are an asset.
