The Gig

As a Part-time Virtual Assistant, you will be the face of DivaDance, connecting with our clients, members, and staff to enhance their experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Calling leads to learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals
• Presenting services that fit their needs and interests
• Assisting with membership accounts and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating engaging graphics and posting to our social media accounts
• Managing your time effectively and utilizing our time-keeping and project management software to track hours and tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Prior sales experience (we provide some training, but a background in sales is preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you should be able to build rapport with everyone you meet)
• Organizational and time management skills (you should be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively)
• Proficiency in creating graphics and social media content (experience with design software and social media platforms is a plus)
• A high-speed internet connection and a quiet space for tele-conferences
