Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
• Build and maintain a strong StretchLab membership base by providing exceptional client experiences and fostering a sense of community.
• Enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules, ensuring the highest standards of client care and safety.
• Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices.
• Address member concerns and provide support when needed, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, showcasing your knowledge and passion for StretchLab's offerings.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, highlighting the benefits of StretchLab's unique approach.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll need:

• A passion for boutique fitness and a love for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• A background in one or more of the following: massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates or yoga instruction, or dance instruction.
• A fitness certification (e.g., personal training, yoga, Pilates, or massage therapy).
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training and guidance to clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
• A willingness to complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person, hands-on training.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application:

• Previous experience in a boutique fitness studio or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Experience with assisted stretching techniques and modalities.
• Strong social media skills and the ability to create engaging content.
