Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advocating for Our Customers: Act as a champion for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Processing High-Volume Transactions: Manage a high volume of transactions with precision and efficiency, promoting a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Analyzing and Preparing Reports: Review, analyze, and prepare reports based on data obtained from team performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving business growth.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with other business partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assisting the Contact Center: Provide support to our Contact Center by handling inbound phone calls from customers, as needed.
  • Leading Special Projects: Participate in special projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for various process flows, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing process improvements.

  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, with accurate keying skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range, with opportunities for additional compensation and benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program.
