Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Associates and Virtual Technical Support Specialists to join our dynamic team, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon customers over the phone, email, and/or chat, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. As a Virtual Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide technical support to Amazon customers via phone and/or chat, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate and Virtual Technical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to Amazon customers over the phone, email, and/or chat
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders
- Working with customers to build and maintain positive relationships
- Following company policies, procedures, and processes to maintain quality and efficiency in customer service and technical support
- Collaborating with other Customer Service Associates and team leaders to improve the overall customer experience
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues in a database
- Collaborating with other technical support specialists and team leaders to improve the overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems and software efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (for Customer Service Associate) or technical support or related experience (for Virtual Technical Support Specialist)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
