Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conceiving and developing solutions to calculate incentive financial awards
- Building analytical models to support repayment analyses and drive insights
- Working with large datasets of salary and HR data to develop a deep understanding of award eligibility
- Collaborating with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and local companies to acquire data and transform it for analysis and calculation
- Building data visualizations to support analytical tasks and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identifying new opportunities to leverage technology to enhance processes and drive business growth
All You Need for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent experience/training
- Five years of labor experience in an analytical enterprise field, such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization
- Five years of labor experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from relational databases
- Five years of experience using SQL and one or more scripting languages
- Experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Preferred qualifications include:
+ Master's in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science, or a related subject + Experience programming in TSQL and Python + Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, Code editors (Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio), Alteryx Designer, HR or Payroll data, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or other automated workflow solutions + HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript a plus + Project Management experience + Continuous Improvement experience
