Experienced Full Stack Data Management Director – Healthcare Strategy & Data Monetization @ Remote Career

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Data Management Director to join our Healthcare Strategy & Data Monetization team at Walgreens. Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Management Director, you will work closely with our Healthcare Team to discover and examine information monetization opportunities, develop and implement data governance and control strategies, and drive the operational capabilities of our Healthcare Strategy team. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS teams, to improve current data monetization products, develop new strategies, and drive multiple business initiatives. Your expertise in data management, analytics, and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and control of our business terms, including middle analytics associated with pharmaceutical producer service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS teams, to improve current data monetization products, develop new strategies, and drive multiple business initiatives.

• Develop and implement data governance and control strategies across the organization, working closely with various lines of business to bolster data monetization products.
• Provide Retail Strategy team settlement management strategies and analytics to ensure implementation and control of business terms, including middle analytics associated with pharmaceutical producer service agreements.
• Support business dating with current and new data product/offering customers by performing as a data SME and participating with diverse internal groups, including IT.
• Participate in and/or contribute to regulatory or contractual audits with data evaluation as a SME.
• Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME.
• Work in a matrix environment to provide shared responsibility for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy, Pharma, Payer, and Health systems partners on data monetization and associated contractual needs.
• Manage channel section business and profitability effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships while communicating Walgreens' needs concerning pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, application/product development, account management, and clinical services.
• Accountable for a cross-functional management function across Walgreens to create line of sight and synergies, including but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty.
• Support new business development by providing application design and method information to create proposals for new services, as well as reporting/analytical capabilities.
• Coordinate and control activities, plans, and programs in place of responsibility.
• Advise on various data monetization projects and initiatives (current or future) to ensure that any data-related modifications and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with contractual needs and Enterprise Data Governance setup standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop personnel through orientation, training, and performance management programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty.
• Lead delivery and guide of existing and new Analytics products, including but not limited to Inroads in collaboration with outside vendors to provide data and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners.
• Define and partner closely with IT team to increase and monitor metrics that affect current contractual data shipping services and analytics products.
• Operate within organizational policies with respect to policies, programs, procedures, budgets, and relevant laws. Ensure the development and implementation of authorized producer partner services are consistent with standard strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the implementation of programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment.

• At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance.
• At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining, and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities.
• Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organizational needs within budget and established timelines.
• Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems.
• Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
• Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management.
• Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within country and out of country).
