Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Follow-up and Research: Following up on missing information to process claims, researching and resolving issues, and communicating with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Invoice Review: Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report Compilation: Compiling reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Claims Coordination Team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role.
- Basic Computer and Typing Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
- Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data, review invoices, and compile reports.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
- Claims Experience: Experience working with claims management systems, insurance claims, or a related field.
