Job Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will be responsible for: * Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues * Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested * Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: * 6 months of customer service experience minimum * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills
