We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting Area: Assist the Recruiting team in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
• Propose New Alternatives: Develop and propose new alternatives to identify candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Job Portal Management: Manage notices in different job portals with which we work, evaluating candidates who apply to them.
• Professional Profile Analysis: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, teamwork, and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proactivity and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Marked attention to detail in daily work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Previous Work Experience: 1 year of previous work experience (a plus, but not required).
• Advanced English Level: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
