Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative (French/English) to work from home and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work with our clients via inbound/outbound calls and/or online interactions, providing support and resolving common issues and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the client's preferred language
  • Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home environment for working
  • Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/ hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a home-based customer service role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with technology products and services
