Key Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the EdD in Learning and Organizational Change program remotely during evening hours
• Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, assignments, and assessments
• Mentor students engaged in research dissertations focused on a problem-of-practice
• Participate in program meetings and contribute to the development of the EdD program
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• An earned doctorate in education, organizational change, or a related discipline
• Evidence of excellence in teaching at the university level
• The ability to mentor students engaged in research dissertations focused on a problem-of-practice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching online or hybrid courses
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and pedagogy
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

The budgeted salary range for this position is $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per course. As a Baylor University employee, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
