Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for CVS Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to CVS Pharmacy customers in a remote environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive and seamless experience. You will handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy, and provide accurate information about CVS Pharmacy products, services, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in resolving issues, including order inquiries, prescription questions, and general inquiries
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while interacting with customers

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
