Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for CVS Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to CVS Pharmacy customers in a remote environment. You will handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy, and provide accurate information about CVS Pharmacy products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:
