About the Lumen Internship Program

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ($22.00 - $35.00 per hour)

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Digital Content Creator intern, you will support our in-house creative agency in developing innovative marketing assets, including stadium graphics, videos, and animated ads. You will work closely with our team of copywriters, graphic designers, and UX professionals to create engaging content that meets our brand guidelines and exceeds our clients' expectations.

• Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior members of the digital content team to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality content
• Work on pre-production design, production/animation, and post-production video editing/motion graphics support
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, motion graphics, and animation

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Be enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
• Be graduating between August 2025 - May 2027
• Have a preferred field of study in Visual Media Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, RTVF, or a related field
• Be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work as a team player
• Be proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Teams, etc.) and have knowledge of basic branding concepts
• Have a demonstrated proficiency in video editing, 2D animation/motion graphics, and Adobe CC skills (AE, Illustrator, Photoshop)
