Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Plan and develop robust, user-friendly applications, reports, and dashboards using BI tools like Microstrategy and SAS (50% of the time).
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with leaders to identify needs and gather requirements. Provide solutions by building tools, reports, and predictive models. Automate reporting on an ad-hoc basis (25% of the time).
• Research and Best Practices: Research and report best practices and standards for using BI tools. Provide insights on industry trends (25% of the time).

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Strong technical skills, including:
  • Proficiency in SQL (ideally BigQuery).
  • Solid knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with data integration processes (e.g., data warehousing, ETL).
• Experience with BI tools like Microstrategy and SAS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with data visualization tools.
