About the Role: Healthcare Customer Service Call Center Representative

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote call center representative, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues related to healthcare products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services, promoting business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong computer navigational skills to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; previous customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Provide a reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
