About the Opportunity

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decision-making. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $26/hour and the chance to work with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Planners to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), driving process improvements and data analysis.
• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and complete end-to-end analysis, including data gathering, analysis, and presentations.
• Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical projects.
• 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and controlling large datasets using SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out from the crowd, you'll ideally have:

• 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles.
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within at least one team to drive impact and work towards shared goals.
• Excellent analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking skills.
