  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with product usage.
  • Providing medium to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items via client sites.
  • Recommending additional products and services based on customer needs and requests.
  • Recommending system improvements based on knowledge of system issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup and no background noise.
  • Technical savvy to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment, handling between 75-150 calls per day, averaging 3 minutes each.
  • Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Quick learner, dedicated to excellence, and strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile."
  • Experience with InContact, Zendesk, and Slack is beneficial but not required.

System Requirements

* Dedicated remote working space with no background noise.

  • Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot in case of internet outages.

Many of our clients' names and customer information are highly confidential due to their work and community status. Therefore, one with a high ethical standard of confidentiality is a must. You must pass ongoing strict Federal, State, County/City Background Investigations.
