About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our center, making key decisions to allocate time and resources effectively, and ensuring that customers receive an exceptional first impression and high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in the absence of the general manager
• Make second-to-minute decisions to allocate time and resources effectively
• Manage and assign team members to ensure that customers receive an exceptional first impression and high-quality service
• Perform miscellaneous duties, including installing hitches, brake controllers, and other tasks
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Management experience in any form
• Customer service experience
• Potential to work a variety of shifts

Work Environment

The work environment includes mild risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as running around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, including standing for long periods, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving at least 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
