Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs and objectives
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on technical requirements and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting daily audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Leading education sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing solutions
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistent prioritization of safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embracing diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
