Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Agent at Amazon, you'll play a critical role in our customer service team, providing outstanding support to our customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To succeed as an Entry-Level Customer Support Agent at Amazon, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
