The Opportunity

This is a Full-time, salaried opportunity, with benefits and no prior technical experience required. As a Network Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of professionals to solve real-life problems and learn how to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor WAN links for stability and performance
• Monitor routers, switches, and network devices
• Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN configurations
• Alerts and log monitoring for network issues
• Perform preventative health checks on network systems
• Incident management and resolution
• Reporting and documentation of network issues and resolutions
• Administer security and Identity Access Management (IAM)

Training and Development:

Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:

• Windows/Unix/Linux operating systems
• Active Directory and user management
• Powershell and Bash scripting
• Developer Tools and software
• Wireshark and network protocol analysis
• ServiceNow and incident management tools
• Network Appliances, Load Balancers, and Routers/Switches
• Middleware, logs, and alerts
• Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, and network monitoring systems
• Network Diagnostic Commands and IT Service Level (ITSL) Processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• No sponsorship available
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IT or network administration
• Familiarity with network protocols and devices
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools
