Job Summary

As a remote customer service agent, you will be the face of Delta Airlines' freight operations, interacting with customers in person and via telephone to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
