About the Job

Your responsibilities will include performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, investigating and diagnosing issues with fountain gear, and keeping all refrigeration equipment in good working condition. You will also be required to move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain gear
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Remain positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Technical training or certification in a related field
  • Experience working with soft drink fountain equipment or similar machinery
