As a Customer Support Representative at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on delivering accurate and convenient solutions to customer inquiries, utilizing decision-support tools, and implementing effective resolutions. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating high-impact issues, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Provide client care by sharing exact and convenient data to clients according to straightforward FAQ-based inquiries
  • Utilize decision-support tools to resolve issues and implement suitable resolutions
  • Give information to clients, using quality guidelines, and identify and heighten high-impact issues as needed
  • Conform to organization approaches, methods, and norms of ethics and uprightness by carrying out related activity plans and applying these in executing business cycles and practices
  • Finish work tasks and needs by utilizing strategies, information, and resources; collaborating with supervisors, associates, clients, and other colleagues
