About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced quantitative models using operations research, statistical, and machine learning techniques to inform business decisions.
- Utilize data engineering and programming skills to clean, process, and pipeline data for model execution and deployment.
- Collaborate with partner teams to understand business problems, develop solutions, and implement automated processes.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Work primarily in Python, SQL, or other programming languages to develop and maintain models, pipelines, and workflows.
- Develop hypotheses, test, and interpret results to drive business decisions.
- Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain code standards, participate in code reviews, and document workflows, models, and code.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior professional experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
