Required Skills:

Summary : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution/Functional Lead with 10-15 years of expertise in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically in Field Service and Logistics modules. This role will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud applications to optimize field service operations and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep functional and technical knowledge, capable of driving end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Cloud Field Service and Logistics modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Field Service Management, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), particularly integration architecture, data flows, and remediation plans.
• Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities to enhance field service and logistics workflows using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Manage data migration, system integrations, and testing to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards for field service and logistics operations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, with a focus on Field Service and Logistics modules.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, Field Service, and related modules, with at least 3-5 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of field service operations, workforce scheduling, dispatch management, and logistics processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration tools (e.g., OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud) are highly preferred.
• Ability to work in the US, with a preference for candidates based in the Central Time Zone.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or WMS integrations.
• Knowledge of industry-specific requirements for field service and logistics in sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud or BI Publisher.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as IoT or AI/ML within Oracle Cloud ecosystems.
