What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, or technical support in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately document and maintain customer interaction records in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines to deliver outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—we’ll train the right candidates!
