Your Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner • Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries • Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer complaints and issues • Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions in our system • Support the team in achieving service level agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and improve customer service skills • Contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer experience

Requirements • Strong willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and applications • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective communication • No prior customer service experience is required; training will be provided
