OpenAI is seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented individual to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team focused on Technical Success. This fully remote position plays a key role in shaping how OpenAI delivers value to customers through scalable success programs, operational rigor, and technical engagement strategies.

As part of the GTM team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance user adoption, drive performance, and develop frameworks for customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and execution of GTM strategies that support technical customer success and engagement.

• Analyze user data, feedback, and usage trends to improve adoption and reduce churn.

• Create operational models and dashboards to measure performance and optimize outcomes.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap planning.

• Build scalable systems and processes that improve the efficiency of technical success delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related GTM function in a technology environment.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or platform-based businesses preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
