Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear and concise information on CVS Health services and available health programs.

• Document and track customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Must reside in or around Seattle, WA and be eligible to work in the U.S.
