Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries through online messaging platforms. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers in real-time via the FedEx live chat platform.

  • Help customers track packages, resolve delivery issues, and answer general questions.

  • Escalate more complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.

  • Use internal systems to access account and shipping information quickly and accurately.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and written communication at all times.

Requirements

  • Must reside in or near Milwaukee, WI, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient in typing and written English; strong grammar and communication skills.

  • Previous customer service experience, especially in live chat or digital support, is preferred.

  • Comfortable using multiple software platforms and web tools simultaneously.

  • Reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
