Emotively is hiring Chat Support Agents to join our remote customer service team. Job Description

As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service via live chat. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and guide customers through basic processes—all from the comfort of your home. Your role is critical to maintaining Emotively’s reputation for responsive and friendly support.

Requirements

  • No college degree required

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM

  • Comfortable using chat platforms, CRMs, and ticketing tools

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home work environment

  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends or evenings

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot common issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow company guidelines and best practices for service quality

  • Provide product or service information clearly and effectively

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors
