Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk/Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our internal data systems. This role is suited for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling high-volume data input with consistency and discretion. Whether you prefer working early mornings or overnight hours, we have flexible shifts to match your availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred but not required)

• Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support (preferred but not required)

• Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in various internal databases and systems

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information

• Perform data cleanup, correction, and standardization tasks

• Maintain detailed logs of activities and completed work

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy

• Assist in report generation and documentation projects as needed

• Handle both day and night shift workloads, depending on schedule
