As a Part-Time Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for helping students understand their educational options, guiding them through the admissions process, and answering any questions they may have—all while maintaining a flexible, remote work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding programs, deadlines, and the admissions process via phone, email, and chat

• Guide students through the application process and offer support as needed

• Maintain accurate records and data using CRM tools

• Achieve set outreach and conversion goals within a remote team structure

• Work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near Durham, NC

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in customer service, admissions, or education is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages)

• Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial

• Prior remote work experience is a plus
