We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to support the North America Diagnostics business. This role will leverage advanced analytics, financial modeling, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in tools such as SAP, Jedox, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Responsibilities: Lead development of advanced financial models to forecast costs, evaluate resource allocation, and assess business performance across multiple units. Transform large datasets from SAP, Jedox, and other systems into actionable insights through data analysis, reconciliation, and trend identification. Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, providing real-time visibility into key financial and operational KPIs. Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations that translate complex analytics into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leadership. Performs financial analysis regarding trends related to the CLS, SLS and POC Business lines Perform variance and scenario analyses to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive business decisions. Support Business Line and SG&A Controllers to analyze revenue, margin, OCOGS and SG&A headcount/costs variances to identify key drivers, trends, and efficiency opportunities. Collaborate with business line leaders and cost centre owners to align budgets with strategic objectives and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Provide financial analysis to support audits, track KPIs, and deliver insights for management decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align financial analytics with business objectives. Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles with data-driven insights and predictive modeling. Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analytics. Provide ad-hoc deep-dive analytics to support strategic initiatives, resource prioritization, and performance optimization. Utilize financial systems such as SAP, Jedox along with Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint for accurate data analysis and reporting. Ensure that analysis and presentations adhere to company-specific reporting guidelines while maintaining alignment with global finance teams. Other duties as assigned Requirements: BS/BA in related discipline such as Accounting or Business Advanced degree, preferred CPA, a plus 5+ years of successful experience in finance or related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above Advanced proficiency in SAP, Jedox, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills to effectively communicate financial information Strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting Ability and desire to plan, control, and contribute to solving problems Self-driven and resourceful to meet deadlines, achieve goals, work independently as well as in teams Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Travel Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
