Role Overview

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and attract potential clients, and perform cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
  • Utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and attract potential clients
  • Perform cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and understand specific talent needs
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process between candidates and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position candidates

Qualifications

* Proven experience in recruiting, sales, or business development

  • Strong skills in B2B sales, recruiting, and outside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct cold calls and prospect effectively
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and business growth
