We're on the hunt for a high-impact individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment, working from the comfort of your own home office. As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be at the center of innovation, driving success with your diverse skillset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology to ensure you're always delivering the best possible experience.
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying ahead of the curve to deliver expert-level support.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must).
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a great plus, as would a background in tech or a related field.
