About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for driving success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
